Policies and Information
Laundry service
Value per load of clothing: $5,000.- low season / $8,000.- peak season.
Does not apply to bedding or similar, personal towels, leather jackets, unprocessed wool, shoes of any kind and characteristics; and any other garment that does not apply to washing with water and low weight.
Hosting Policies

- Peak / Low season
It is understood by «Peak season» all holidays of the calendar year, as well as months of the year considered as school vacations: December, January, February, July.
It is understood by «Low season» all dates that have NOT been covered in the previous description.
*All seasons are subject to modifications according to changes that can be made in the calendar year or by order of the Government of Chile.
Cancellation policies
Reservations are confirmed only with a deposit of 50% of the total reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days before check-in.
The 50% deposit is refundable only up to 7 days prior to the date of entry (check-in), after that period there is no refund.
If the client shows up on the date of the reservation and does not wish to take the room(s), they will not be entitled to any refund.
If a client wishes to shorten their stay, 100% of the total value of the days previously reserved is kept.
By making a reservation, the client fully accepts Alfa Aldea's Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
Prices include taxes for national and international clients.
Prices include parking, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, use of the pool depending on the season, barbecue area, among others.
All payments for reservations must be made by bank deposit or bank transfer, checks are not accepted.
Customer information, such as phone, address, etc. they are used only by the hotel with strict confidentiality and are not delivered to third parties for any reason, unless a competent court of law imposes it.
We reserve the right to cancel, terminate the stay and/or reservation and request support from the public force; in the event of robbery, theft, damage to property and service personnel, repeated annoying noises that affect coexistence with other passengers, if you introduce explosive, flammable or bad-smelling materials into the room and/or property of Alfa Aldea.
